"I was working as an IT support manager for a large multinational company," says Temeña. "I saw how small businesses were often left behind when it came to getting the support they needed. They couldn't afford the expensive monthly contracts that larger businesses could, and they often had to wait days or even weeks to get help. I knew there had to be a better way."
